I think I've had it with BMO. I've had the same account since I was about 15, initially with Amcore and since the day BMO took over the customer service has been a joke. I will be withdrawing everything from the account and will not be using the company ever again.

Stunningly bad customer service. Honestly, shocking contempt for customers from this bank, at the South Alpine location and the South Main location. I've never felt so unappreciated as a customer in my life. I really don't even know what to say. The bank is unable to fulfill even the most basic services, like having a functioning ATM in its lobby, and it is IMPOSSIBLE to connect to customer service. I called the South Alpine number during working hours and got a recorded prompt. Because I didn't know an extension to access, I was told by the recording to hit "0" for operator. That number rang and rang, but nobody answered . . . then I was sent back to the original prompt and told again to dial "0." This repeated dozens of times without anyone ever answering and without offering me the opportunity to even leave a message. I finally dialed a 1-(888) number, and ended up with some kid at a call center in another state who didn't know anything about anything. I have been a customer of this bank since back when it was Amcore . . . I just don't think I can keep my money there anymore. The lack of concern for customers and the seeming inability to provide simple services necessitates a change. Fortunately my wife and I have accounts elsewhere. I'll transfer everything to another bank.

We have done everything that this bank has asked of us so we can open an account. My wife and I are struggling with transitioning her mother into a memory care facility. We have spent far too much time trying to open an account with no progress. We would have liked to have done business with them had they been willing to help us. This has nothing to do with time restraints. You wanted a notary stamp on an article we have. After we did that your legal team did not like the verbage. You have a low rating for a reason.

This branch is incredibly slow. I only come here for work and every time the wait is ridiculous. They really need to think about hiring some more people. There shouldn't be 5 cars waiting in the commercial lane, EVER!!
