First off they gave me a nice rate for my new vehicle. But what u wanted to mention is how they help out the community. I was blown away with the school pack pack giveaway. I even emailed them saying how cool that was. I am so happy I found this Crwdit Union.

Did some CDs with 1st Community just before Covid broke out.. They had good rates and very helpful bankers to walk me through the process. And the Riverside location is easy to find.. ++ Mike C

Not only do they have great customer service, they have amazing APR rates and I love how they have specials that go on throughout the year. Every loan that I have had and still have through FCCU has been an easy and fairly quick process from the beginning. They always make sure I have all of my questions answered and continue to help educate me on different loan options. I don't think I could get a greater experience any where else!

Rockford branch helped me refinance my ridiculously high APR for my car. It was a long process because I could only communicate through email due to my work schedule I am not able to call the branch. They also helped me change my auto payment move to a different time of the month so it’ll be easier for me financially. Thank you so much

I have had accounts with First Community Credit Union for a couple of years now. The rates for their loans and credit cards are amazing! This and the perks for one of their checking accounts is why I moved from JPMorgan Chase to FCCU. Unfortunately, the app and the customer service have been underwhelming. I did take a survey and the President of the CU called me that day. That was unexpected and appreciated. Still the service that I receive on a regular basis still leaves me wanting more.

I love all of the staff here at this branch. They are always kind and helpful, polite and courteous.
