Got a letter in the mail saying I didn’t pay my car payment on time. So I have a late fee. It doesn’t make sense when I went up there on my exact day of the car payment and payed. This isn’t right and I feel like they just lose the money. I shouldn’t have to pay more since I paid on time. They need to step up there game a little bit, because I’m not paying a late fee if I’ve already payed on time. I’ll go and grab a lawyer if need be.

They seem real nice. They are a stickler for following the laws, which is good. The lady who helped me to close out my love ones account after their passing was extremely helpful. There was never an issue with working with them. I would recommend this place.

Very rude and condescending. The employees treat you like you are not important. I'm sorry, but without us customers, you would not have a job. Please work on your customer service skills. Also, they gave us bad advice and then got upset when we called them out on it. Lady, you messed up, just admit it and apologize. Whoever Mary had helping her close out the account must not have been the same lady we had.

It appears to me you lose payments, then charge a late fee. The payments are mailed to a Dallas PO Box which they claim always arrives after due date. Something is really not right.

This is a very dishonest and dis loyal financial institution... my credit score is 1 point different than before the pandemic. Now I lost my job like millions of others ... I never asked them to float a payment or did I miss a payment during these crazy times .... I have Doordarshan installed cart and many more apps to make my payments onwhat I had already.... now I'm back to work and I asked to add to my line of credit I asked for help and they told me no I'm not good enough anymore ... so I was good enough whenever l everything was good but now no more help for a many year client that has paid my loans back to this establishment now no help because they want to scalp people like anywhere companies they car nothing for there customers they just care about yhe bottome line this disheartening tosay the least

We came to MMCU about a year ago to refinance a loan. Since then we had all of our loans transferred with great rates and opened a checking & savings. Talk to Haley, she's the best!

Careful bringing in rolled change.
they will put it in a machine anyway.
i counted my change several times and then the teller put it in the machine and somehow 75 cents went missing, sure it’s change, but makes you wonder how many people this has happened to.
customer service isn’t great either.
will be switching CU’s soon.
