I have only been banking at Wells Fargo for about 8 months, but I have always had great experiences with their customer service. I look forward to stopping in because they're always so friendly.
The transition to Flagstar Bank has been horrendous. I've been patient about getting in to get my questions answers but their lobby is always very busy. I have called at various times of the day only to not have anyone answer the phone. I'm seriously considering moving to another bank.

I worked with Ae Rin on a very difficult issue with my account being transferred from wells Fargo and her customer service was above and beyond anything I’ve ever experienced... her genuine care and concern and dedication to solving the issue with me really helped me so much at a very stressful time. She went above and beyond.

I remember receiving in the mail that Wells Fargo was being acquired by Flagstar. I was absolutely mortified that my 6+ years with a bank was being tossed aside. Thankfully, I moved and have my service back. But driving from Michigan to Angola on the every other week was painful. When it was Wells Fargo, the people were very nice and kind. Haven't been there since it transitioned and won't ever recommend Flagstar because when I had questions about the acquirement they told me that they couldn't speak to me, that I had to leave, and that I couldn't ask them any questions regarding the change.
