The recording says the banking center is open 8 am to 8 pm for help with resetting passwords for the new App but when I call and the system tells me the hours 8-8 M-F and it is 7 pm when I am calling the voice tells me to call back during regular business hours. This is AFTER I have waited 25 minutes to get help and then I get hung up on and after calling back I waited another 27 minutes and finally gave up. I am changing banks. Nothing should be this difficult.

If you want a bank where you give them your money so they can chew it up in monthly miscellaneous fees, and then charge you $25 to close the account, then this bank is for you.
