I have an account with 1st Financial and a week ago I got hit with 2 overdraft fees that I didn't agree with... I called the guest number and had zero luck... I finally went into the Greencastle Branch where I spoke with Scott and he agreed with me reversing the fees...
Well this week because I used the wrong credit card for Amazon purchase (I forgot to switch cards when confirming my purchase) it caused me to get 5 more fees only 1 week after Scott took care of the other 2...
That was clearly my error and not First Financials fault, anyway to know exactly how much I had so I could safely make my car payment I called the Greencastle Branch and asked my questions, well again Scott stepped in and reversed 3 chain reaction charges that he didn't need to because of my own negligence...
I wish that more banks had people like Scott who see things happen and mistakes get made thus giving customers the benefit of doubt...

This is a second chance bank. The staff here are always super helpful and very cheerful. I think they actually like their jobs. It's nice to be recognized by name when I go there. It adds a personal touch and lends alot to feeling secure in my financial institution. Not to mention there's a First Financial in every town.

Scott the Assistant Manager, and his Branch Manager, are liars, Scott approved me for a loan, and then when I no longer wanted the vehicle and decided to change vehicles, I was then told "No" I wasn't approved, Scott keeps avoiding my emails and phone calls even gave me his cellphone number and was responding well up until he had too tell me a lie. horrible bank and horrible people there, will never go back there for anything or any purpose. Scott pulled my credit and caused me an inquiry for nothing.

I love this bank. They took the time to know me and even remember my name each time I go. They always help me when I need some thing. Couldn't recommend enough
