I had been with this bank for almost 15 years and came back recently when I moved back to town. In the five months I've been back they have made so many mistakes it's sickening. Their system isn't compatible with the automatic check printing at Kroger or Walmart so if you aren't careful, it can cause an overdraft. They refunded all the fees when this occured. Then when my husband joined they were unclear on the identification needed (was in the process of getting license. Has passport and ID card AND SOCIAL SECURITY CARD). When we finally found out he needed a drivers license they didn't give us a time frame and froze our account with absolutely no warning! I was told at their drive through "Just whenever he gets it swing by...no rush" They were better when they first began in our city. Now they are in desperate need of better training. Their communication abilities are terrible. Noting that most (if not all) banks are crooks, finding a credit union is best. That will be our next bank.

I have been banking with them for 25+ years. I have had no problems and excellent service. Although they're a larger bank they still make it feel like a hometown bank. I have no idea about the negative reviews. That stuff doesn't match my experiences with them.

I'm sorry I usually don't give bad reviews. I am working just over at Nucor steel and I'm staying here in Vevay. I went over to exchange coins all ready rolled and counted for bills, they couldn't exchange them at the desk I was going to have to use a machine which charged a 10% fee. What the heck you all are a bank that is your job to handle and exchange money. No help here felt like I was in a big town MONEY HUNGRY

They won't start an account with a tax check! What bank has dumb rules like that?

I can no longer transfer between accounts. I have had no trouble doing this until now. They say it never allowed to begin with, but I have been doing it for five years. I am switching banks.
