Very understanding. Higher rate than I wanted but it’s to be expected, and at the time I needed a car, they looked out for me and got me all squared away.

Don’t do business with them. Paid my vehicle off 3 months ago and they still will not send me my title. Excuse after excuse.

I got my car loan with them when no one else would give me credit. I fell behind on payments but never had the rude experiences others have mentioned. As long as I stayed in contact, returning calls, etc. they were nothing but nice. I lost my job at the worse time and had to file bankruptcy. I kept the car and payments were made through the court. I am the one who could not honor our agreement. They are a business, and entitled to expect customers to pay. I am grateful for what they did for me. My bankruptcy has been discharged and my title is being returned. If you do business with them, keep in touch if you have problems. I'd be rude if people didn't honor their commitment and didn't respond to calls or texts. I stayed in touch. They were extremely patient with me.

My rate is high but that was to be expected at the time. When no one else would finance me they did. It's a great starter credit company and Bruce is usually helpful. If you pay your bill on time you shouldn’t have any issues. Now I'm able to get credit basically anywhere because they gave me a chance.

I have not had any issues with Premier Acceptance. I pay my bill and when I call I never have a issue. I recently talked to Bruce and April and both of them have gone above and beyond being helpful. Bruce is very efficient and April became a listening ear when I was going through a stressful issue. Idk where I’d be if it wasn’t for them two. Thank you April and Bruce.

They gave me a chance when I had terrible credit and even if I was a couple days late making the payment they would call around day 7 or so to make sure I didn't forget to make my payment which is standard. I was never harassed or anything and the customer service was decent until I had to contact them to get them to mail me my title after I had paid it off the month prior. Other than that they are a pretty decent company.

i have an account through here and i am at the very end of paying it of. the situation was weird with the loan bc of family problems occurring but my favorite associate there Reggie was able to work with us and make everything as smooth as possible in the hard times our family was going through. If you go here talk to reggie, the man is the best when it comes to understanding and working with the customer. i would 100% get another loan with these guys and work with the team again. i would like to say i appreciate the patience, understanding, and sympathy your employees have givin my family and I sincerely thank you.
