What an absolute delight to work with this team. After consolidating all of my debt into one sum, I was able to get my credit back on track and one easy payment.

I was told by management the fees they charge people for their checking and savings (which for most is extremely hard earned money), is how they make their revenue. What about my 2 car loans, my personal loan, mortgages….the things I’m choosing to pay you interest fees on and have been sense I was 18. Now at the age of 39 and years of loans with Midwest, I not only want to close my newly opened checking account, but never come back for another loan in my life. What they are doing to their customers/clients is not right in my eyes, and I will be going back into real estate so I never have to worry about losing money like this again. Completely shocked by the last 2-3 months of my family’s life because of them. Happy to be going back to Chase Bank for $3.50 atm fee I originally complained and changed banks for. Lesson learned.
