Worst bank ever!! Simplest of requests are not handled properly. Had to close my personal account because the software kept messing up deposits between personal and business accounts. A simple request for changing the tier level of my business account has been a struggle. Branch staff says call the 800 number and the customer service asks you to go to the branch. What if someone does not have a branch nearby. Most banks allows these things via self service on their website but apparently this bank is still stuck in the 90s.

I have set up 4 separate online requests for a phone call over the last week and none of them have been honored. I tried to access a banker this way since the phone only rings and is NEVER answered. I even tried the dedicated social media line and was then transferred to the same phone number. If I am unable to reach my bank, why should I continue to bank here? Not pleased.

My son just opened his first checking account. He was very nervous & was afraid he had made an error with some of his information. I just had the pleasure of speaking with Kendra...she has the best customer service I have encountered in a long time!! Thank you from a concerned teenager and his mom!!

Brayton was great, but the bank itself is not that great anymore. I walked in and didn't even know my Banker was no longer at that branch. Looking to change banks soon

HORRIBLE customer service!!! They don’t answer the phone and refuse to return calls or help with a resolution! Staff are obviously not knowledgeable, Robert (I assume he’s new) has no clue what he is doing. When I FINALLY spoke with a man named Brayden he told me to close my account if I wasn’t happy. Wow just wow!!
