We used to have personal relationships with multiple bankers when this was Mutual Bank. Since the transition to Northwest our service has been THE WORST. Delays in construction loan payments to our contractors. Loan management has been fumbled multiple times. Can't reach anyone. Stay on hold forever. It is always someone else we need to talk to. I'd say they bungled the merger.

The personnel at this bank consistently treat their members like garbage and every time I go there needing something like a notary or basically anything needing to talk to an individual person I get treated terribly and they can never help me complete the task I've never disliked a bank more in my life and will soon be closing my account for good
