I applied for a loan at this establishment on Oct. 31, 2021. Nov. 1, 2021 i was contacted by Madison. we did the usual discussion of personal information. At this time she informed me that they had a promotion this month and asked if I would like to wait to close out after the 17th. She also stated that I would be able to skip my November and my December payment. I told her yes, to schedule it on the 18th. The 18th we do the closing. I check my app the following Sunday and it shows payment due on Dec. 19, 2021, so I check my statement and it showed I also paid the November payment also. When I called to inquire why these payments were to be paid. She informed me I did not state I wanted to take advantage of the promotion. I wonder what the purpose of waiting 2 weeks til the 18th to close was for then. Basically she called me a liar.

I feel this location needs proper training in dealing with customer questions. I had questions on why my assets were needed and was told that the vehicles I owned free and clear were not needed... so they only wanted to know what my current loans were secured by.. not what assets I had... very disappointed in the attitude from the office! With working for a bankruptcy firm for 11 years I now see what all of my clients were complaining about... I'll take my business elsewhere.

Absolutely worst place to try to get a loan they tell you. you either need collateral or and they said or a cosigner with decent credit I don't have collateral I got a cosigner with really good credit and they said I still need it collateral just don't go to this place there are way better places to go to I just tried this place because they were in my town
