Andrea Williams [who is from the Gardner, KS. branch] is really great. The other tellers seem to have an attitude problem with me when I try to do business with them, so I wait until I make my business trips to KC and stop in at the Gardner branch, or I just use the ATM out back to make the deposits so I don't have to go inside. Also the mobile banking and the mobile banking app is pretty much useless. I entered in the correct password that I had been using all day to keep track of my transactions and then all of a sudden ALL of my accounts were locked out. I tried to use one of the ATM's to just get the cash to pay for the materials needed for a job on a Saturday since this happened and it wouldn't even let me get the amount out that I needed. Even though it was below the daily limit, it kept saying that my daily limit had been reached and wouldn't even allow me to withdraw $20 from my own accounts. Since this was a Saturday afternoon, there was NO ONE but an AUTOMATED system to call and it wasn't any help at all. The website wouldn't allow me to reset my password, even though I had been entering in the CORRECT ONE in the first place. I just kept getting multiple emails stating that my banking accounts have all been locked. I'm not sure what their issue is but I wouldn't use this bank [ especially the online banking ] at all. The only reason I'm having to continue with them is because I've started to get established with them and I just moved to the area and I really do not want to start all over again with a new bank. I would really try to limit any type of banking transactions you have to do with them, especially if you own a small business like I do. This local branch has not been very helpful at all and still continues to do what they can with their attitudes and presentation to discourage me from coming into their branch.

The people are friendly and after my divorce I had to start over with not the best of credit & they never judged and helped me right off with a second chance account and now I'm on the right tract again.

This is the only bank in Burlington that will actually look for you a 2 dollar bill and give you one the rest of the banks will not even look for one in the safe they will just say they have none.
