I've found myself in the unfortunate financial position of having to use your services many times since you have opened. I've seen many staff members come and go. Please do whatever you can to keep your current store manager, Cynthia. She is quite professional yet friendly, cheerful and helpful. She knows her repeat customers by name and makes us feel appreciated and not just like an account number.
12/2/21 -- The new manager is good also. I do miss Cynthia but Cat is great. However, the company itself is making it difficult for customers. Those of us who do monthly loans (Social Security recipients, for example) always get paid on the same day yet the company decided to charge us a fee for every day over 30 days. This means if we get paid on Monday but the 30th day was Saturday, we now owe for those 2 days. Also, we can no longer pay our monthly payment with a debit card. We must go to the bank, get cash, go to Cash-2-Go, reloan, and then go back to the bank to deposit the cash back in. It just makes it more of a hassle for the customers. They were once quite customer-friendly but are quickly departing from those practices.

Well... I have been a customer at the Gardner branch for almost 2 years now and I have to say that I worked very good with the previous loan officer Cynthia. I think she should have been rewarded by Cas2Go not only with a good salary; but also with 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ for excellent customer service appreciation. She was underpaid and over worked. Now, with the new lady, hmm I have no interest of doing business with Cash2go ever, absolutely NOT, what an impersonal and rude service nowadays.
I miss you Cynthia Sedwick!!!!!!!!

I have used this service off and on, for several years. The new manager is very professional and friendly and very helpful. I had paid off my loan 9 months ago and she made me feel like I was there a couple of weeks ago. Would definitely recommend this branch to anyone when this service is needed.

Cynthia Sedgwick is the most happiest polite person I have ever met. She deserves a vacation and a very much well-deserved pay raise. She is a valued asset to the company.
