We closed our account because we can't get them on the phone they don't care about the customers.
Do it all online. with fees banks charge I want service why put my money in your bank if there is non

The worst bank I've ever dealt with you can't get customer service you can't call anybody you have to drive into the bank over at Walmart to talk to anybody about your account they do not care about customer service whatsoever they want you to do everything online and talk to their computer person on ATM

LOVE this bank! Heather and Oscar worked with me to get my first car loan and open up my own account within 30 minutes of walking in the door. They always are super friendly at the drive through and even recognize you (even just with a phone call). I would HIGHLY recommend this bank for anyone opening up a new account, or needing a loan.

Worst experience trying to get a mortgage I have ever experienced!! Hidden fees everywhere, the bank made me pay over $500 for insurances to protect the bank! Bank stated that the contract was "vague". Was nice and wonderful until we went to close, and then the fees started rolling out! When brought up, we were met by argument and rude statements blaming us for any issue we brought up. When we walked out of closing and stated we go to a different bank, they stated that we would have to pay them the closing costs anyway for all of the work that was already done. Do NOT use this bank for loans! I will not step foot in this bank again! Not The first issue I have had at this bank, but this one will be the last! I have not been anywhere where everybody was rude and confrontational like this place. They will try to stick you wherever they can. This bank is nothing but trouble.
