Azura was once upon a time Rubber Workers credit union for Goodyear as well as Educational Credit Union. These were strong institutions with great service. Once they started all of the merges and changes these last four years or so, their customer service was starting to slide. Since the CV-19 experience, they completely threw customer service out the window. They literally don't care anymore. It is difficult to speak to a person on the phone. They have kept many lobbies closed. They don't even want to use real people at the drive through. Listen friends, they just don't care about us as customers anymore.

First they told me I didn’t have to open a savings account to open a checking account (but I did) and then told me I didn’t have to pay the $25 to open the checking because I’m opening a savings and had to pay $5 for that. And then when I get to the counter to pay the $5 I had to pay $30 for both accounts. Then later on I try and download the app and it doesn’t work and says I don’t have an account, so I tried to use my card that should have $25 and it got declined twice. Needless to say I am not impressed with my first time using Azura.

Chloe at the Arrowhead branch is SOOO helpful. I recently moved out of state making it difficult to access my money, especially after my debit card was compromised. Chloe fixed me right up. Thank you!!!

I've been with Azura for going on 3 years and they are really great! They always greet with a smile and help with anything you need within there means. Thank you Azura I'm so happy I switched from bank of America!

We recently bought a house. Chrystal Rippe was our loan officer. She made the entire process so easy and answered any questions we had. Definitely recommend! We love azura!

I’ve been a member of this credit union forever. I’ve had multiple home and auto loans. I recently called to inquire about an issue that the Credit Union presented to me. The clerk that answered refused to connect me to the department I needed and refused to investigate the issue. So far Azura’s error has cost me $380.00. Might be time to find another credit union.

Usually a good credit union up until recently. I was approved for a small auto loan and was advised to send in a list of vehicles for approval as the type of vehicle determines interest rates(?). I sent in a list of vehicles, twice, as requested, and was ignored for over two weeks after a follow up asking if there was any word on approval. I then advised I was no longer Interested after that. I have a good experiences In the past, so hopefully this was just a one time mistake.

The most unhelpful people work at this location. Ever since Covid in 2020 customer service has been went out the window and I’ve had my account open for a long time basically my whole life never once overdraft my account but I accidentally had a bill come out the day before I got paid so it overdraft my account by $2 and the rude lady on the phone was like well that’s on you and how it works. Like Azura made $25 on $2 overdraft. Very frustrating considering this is the first time in 25 years my account has ever be overdraft.
