I couldn’t be more please with Theresa’s help at the Woodlawn location. She help me cash a very unusual check, she was patient and kept in constant communication with me and made the process painless. Would 100% recommend

Cali and oanh were awesome. Even though regional manager was acting like a tax expert just to cash my return. Was very annoyed but Cali and oanh did well with a irate customer. Rule of thumb send out a memo of updated procedures so the customer and employee are not blindsided.

I've used places like this many many times and always payed on time and in full until repaid but never have I ever gone into an ACE Cash Express, and I've got to say why have I ever gone anywhere else. This place was by far the best experience I've ever had in a store of it's kind. Right away even with how busy they were ( and I know why now.) they made sure to greet me and actually seem sincere about it. When it was my turn to step up to the counter I was yet again greeted in a professional but personal manner by a lady named Cali. I informed her what I was needing and right away had me take. Care of with a plan that fit my needs perfectly, and for the first time I was offered some extras but was never pressure sold into them. All in all the store was very clean very well staffed and friendly. Solid 10 of 10 in my books. I will for sure be doing business with ACE Cash Express in the future. Thanks again Cali and all other staff that assisted me.

The customer service is outstanding. Natalie is the best. She is fast, efficient and friendly. I highly recommend this Ace Cash Express.

I was just in this morning adding cash to my Porte card and the sweet lady behind the counter was so helpful. She took care of me and I was in and out in no time. She was kind and made me smile because she knew I wasn't fully awake yet but she was so patient with me. 10/10 visit.
