Nobody seems to know how to do their jobs here. Had a fraudulent charge go through that clearly wasn’t from my wife or I. Did everything they said to do, including filing a report with the bank and the WPD. It has been over 2 months and they still haven’t resolved the issue. They keep giving us the run-around instead of actually doing their jobs.
They’ve asked for the affidavit of forgery and emails from our communication with WPD. Gave them both to them and now a couple months later they say there’s an additional form that needs filled out.
The free ATM is cool, but not worth the headache.

I love this bank! The employees are always a pleasure to work with and quickly help me with any problems or issues I encounter. I also love not paying ATM fees no matter where I withdraw money. I highly recommend Equity Bank, especially the branch on West Central Ave in Wichita, KS.

I just have issued after issues with this place. It's either my mobile deposit isn't working or they don't fix issues correctly. It's always something. Been here for about a year and definitely finding a new bank.

I’ve banked with Equity for about five years now. The staff at Central and Maize are absolutely amazing. I’m always greeted with kind smiles and friendly conversation as soon as I walk in. I’ve been to other locations and the staff has consistently been very curt with me so I’ve just kind of learned to only use this location because you can tell that they genuinely enjoy their job based on their attitude. Equity also does not charge those ridiculous ATM fees. If you are considering opening an account or switching to a different bank, I would highly suggest this location specifically.

Super disappointed! I've been a member for 12 years. Even through moving 2 hours away from the closest branch. Loved the no ATM fees (rarely use an ATM). I had one mishap on an ACH and direct deposit dates that conflicted and got charged $140. 12 years and one overdraft that I fixed the issue and transferred money within hours and they won't refund my charges!
