Be very careful who your staff is refusing. It can turn into a lawsuit. Just because someone has questions, confused on policy changes, and wants to be clear about financial decisions, doesn’t give your cashiers the right to refuse them. No cussing, no threatening, no irate behavior, just asking how can policy change without giving customers a letter of changes for their records as well. But because your staff is offended by questions they can’t appropriately answer, not only do they team up on your customers, they use their position to refuse money. I qualify for a loan, but because I had too many questions I was told to leave, “just forget it, I’m not doing your loan” the BUSINESS loses money, not the cashier. Good customer service has been replaced by staff who have nothing to lose, so their rude, nasty and feel like they own the place. One could say I’ve been now placed into a financial bind, anxiety, stress and INTENTIONAL pain and anguish, for simply trying to get an understanding from two employees with too big egos.

Very customer-friendly and are willing to work with everyone. The service the employees here provide is swift and once you have an account in their database it's almost as if you were just standing there for a few minutes and then left, but with more money than you went in there with.

Cashier wrote on my check so that I couldn’t take it any where and said if I don’t cash it now I can’t come back with this check, said she would cash it for 350 then brought it up to 487 because I had to go get my phone to show her my email because she didn’t believe me, on another issue regarding the check, she strong armed me into cashing the check I had no choice since she had written where it said not to mark. I feel that was done with malicious intent and because of my skin tone. I’ve never heard such malarkey when trying to cash a check. She wouldn’t tell me how much it would cost over the phone and she couldn’t tell me unless she verified the funs, she did that cause I was gonna go elsewhere and cash it.
