I cannot complain about the actual mortgage as it so far seems ok and we got a decent rate. My rating is based on communication process. It was very lacking when it mattered most. My advice is ask lots of questions early on. I guess I am atypical but waited to be informed and ended up having to push closing out. Then made to feel like it was my fault for not knowing everything I needed to know.

absolutely the worst communication I have ever seen. Lindsey and Moriah obviously do not communicate with each other. they ask for same paperwork that was already sent. Lindsey will take 24 to 48 hours to reply. unless you email her and say you are switching lenders then it takes her 7 minutes literally to return the call. totally unsatisfactory.

Ever since they took over Evansville Teacher’s Federal Credit Union, their customer service has gone extremely downhill. Their employees are hateful and degrading. They cannot take five minutes to make a phone that could potentially help a customer, but they take plenty of time to call about a payment that was already made. Once our car is paid off we will never do business with them again.
