My mother SSID with income less then $900.00 a month. And give her a loan at $248 a month. But claimed my stepdad income in the house hold on loan but don't add him loan with insurance in case if something happened to any of them to safe gaurd their self in case anything happened. But she was paying insurance in case anything happened to her it would be paid. He passed away Feb 5 th. And now the loan is all on her. How could you do this to a disabled person and not safe gaurd them. Done talked to you all about paying less which you agreed on So she could try to pay you back. Then you you charge her the full amount where she couldn't pay her rent after her husband passed. Which left her loosing everything in her house with no where to put it. Which he was on SSID too. At a 25+ % interest which she would never be able to payback. Shame on your company this is disgusting. Hopefully your company has a heart to treat your customers better.

I have received a couple of unsolicited “pre-approved” loan letters from them, complete with a check to cash for the loan. I called the number to opt out of receiving these loan offers. In order to opt out, I needed to give them my SSN, date of birth, address, and had to spell out my first and last name. Even after that, I have to fill out a form to finalize the opt out process.
Sending unsolicited checks like this should be illegal. My wife has had her identity stolen in the past: she had a common name and someone used her name to cash bad checks on her account. My name isn’t all that uncommon. Someone could steal my mail, see this check, and cash it in my place. What then? It shouldn’t be this cumbersome to opt out of this.

Called them up because I was in a bind and needed help. They turned me away because I didn't have a history of payment with them... How am I supposed to establish a history if I can't become a customer? Not very good business.
