I have been dealing with Cash Cow for years,Their always ready to help and answer any questions I have.The manger of this branch is exceptional. I’m ashamed to say I don’t know her name but I go to the Gause location.This lady is always doing three jobs.Taking care of customers,answering the phone and answering questions for a new employee. I really sergest that this person should receive a raise.It’s very hard to find good help and people you can trust.She knows her job inside and out .She works well with the customers and makes you feel at home.If she every leaves I may be forced to bring my business else where. I like things done quickly and professionally.

Never again. They get so many 5 star reviews because they ask you to give them 5 stars as they are finalizing your loan. Then when you ask for a payment plan, that they have to oblige once every 12 months by state law, they give you the run around. Monique told me to come in to "see if you qualify". So I drive 20 miles only to be told "you need 4 blank checks to do a payment plan". Why wasn't I told this on the phone!!!!! Attitudes totally changed once you ask for a payment plan. Will never, everrrrr go back here again. Run while you can!!!
