The team members seem more like friends and neighbors than bank employees. They are always friendly, helpful, and responsive to our needs. In particular, we have appreciated the service we receive from Rose Cooper, Senior Vice President. We recently called on her for assistance and, like always, despite her broad scope of work and having to attend to the needs of many customers, she made us feel that we had her full attention and were her most important priority. It is indeed always a pleasure to interact with someone as sweet, pleasant, helpful, and professional as she is.

The customer service is by far the best of any bank we have ever used. Rose has always gone out of her way to meet with us whenever we had questions, and she takes a few minutes to just say hello anytime we are there. When we were choosing a bank for our business accounts over a decade ago, we didn't want to be just a number in the system. Customer service is always top-notch, the staff is always friendly, and the branch management and lending officers are always looking out for us. On several occasions, they have reached out to us with opportunities that they thought might benefit our business. That's something you just won't find at a big, national bank. I began doing business with Chesapeake Bank at the Joppa Road Branch for both business and personal in 2013. Without a doubt, it is the friendliest bank I have ever done business with. It is so cool. When you walk in, everyone knows your name. What is impresses me is that they always have adequate tellers available. I do some personal banking at another bank and it is always a fifteen or twenty minute wait because they only have one teller on duty. My business has moved a substantial distance away yet I still have accounts at Chesapeake Bank just because I like coming there.
