The Assistant Manager, Dawn, was incredibly helpful. I had several questions regarding my accounts and she was able to respond promptly to help me address these issues. Even taking the time to accommodate my schedule by corresponding via phone and email. When she wasn’t available, she let me know and made sure I was taken care of in the event of her absence. I’ve had excellent customer service experience throughout my interactions at APGFCU, but her assistance went above and beyond.

I've been banking with APG for several years now. I have never had an issue here. I initially signed up when I kept getting charged fee after fee at M&T Bank. The longest I've had to wait to be helped was probably 15 minutes. Which to me isn't bad at all! The world doesn't rotate around me! I would recommend this branch to friends and family. The staff is always super nice! Even if it's just a game face, it's professional.

This place has been nothing but a huge hassle and a complete waste of my time. Doing anything at this bank takes an hour. I first came interested in a car loan, so they made me open an account with $5 to apply. The car loan terms were mediocre and I did not end up going through with the loan. So now they have my $5 on randsom. So I came back in to close my account. I wasted an hour in line to be told because my account wasn't open for so many days I would be charged a fee to close it.
I said fine I will forfeit the $5. Oh hell no, if there is no activity on the account they will start charging more fees and probably send it to debt collection in a year.
I'm sitting at this horrible place again right now writing this review. Been here 20 minutes waiting in line. I just want my $5 back and nothing to do with this place every again.

Just want to say APGFCU Laurel Bush is where I go for all my banking needs. 2
vehicles, and a boat loan, business accounts and soon to be a home loan. With everything going with covid these days they still manage to pull off the customer service aspect, which is hard these days and everyone has to adapt. I take alot of pride in that with my own business. Give the Abingdon branch a shot. They will win you over, give you great rates and take care of you. Thanks to Gary and his team and especialy the young lady that processed my loan. Went the extra mile to get it done. Thank You!

Absolutely horrible customer service. Almost every time I call their call center I am on hold for an hour or more. This is unacceptable. I am currently on hold for 1:11:28 minutes with no help. I understand high call volume, but not expanding call center reps to cut down on this wait time shows the value they have for their customers. Taking banking needs elsewhere if you want to feel valued by your bank!
