Heather did a phenomenal job explaining the process of the loan, which turned to a 45 minute conversation about everything (full disclosure I am using the loan for an overseas vacation). Heather and I discussed the need for vacation, the stresses of life, education, the current state of world affairs, and the need for the aforementioned vacation. The conversation could have easily gone another hour. I found Heather personality refreshing! I was just not another member to her. She made me feel like a friend, and someone who really cared about where I am in life, and where I am heading. Thank you Heather! Take a bow!

Online customer service for loan issues is very poor.
Dianne is the only person that I have talked to that was nice, helpful and respectful. I have had a car loan with them since spring 2022 & been trying to do automatic payments it’s been a hassle to set this up. Finally set it up & changed my payment due date with the help of a worker to correspond to when the bill pay will be sent. And I am still getting mail saying I am late with my payments. My loan is 325 and I am paying 400 every month. When I called to clarify what was going on the lady I spoke to was very dismissive which I find with most ppl I talk to.
The app doesn’t work well to track loan payments either, best for those who have an account with them.

I’ve been a customer for more than 20 years. The employees have always gone the extra mile to answer any questions I’ve had and they’ve shown extreme patience when I was trying to deposit a large check remotely and was unsure of how it was done. Another time my account was accessed by unauthorized people and thankfully, the bank caught it very quickly. FCU is my bank of choice, even though I no longer live in the county!
