Not a good bank. I went in to withdraw money from my account & I guess since I was black they wanted to take 45 minutes to verify me. The lady asked me a bunch of uncomfortable questions as if I didn't hand her my I.D & bank card. & to top it off I was shorted $100. I didn't go back to complain because I really did not want to deal with the people there but it was a terrible experience & I felt racially profiled.

Was with my daughter today.
She had two transactions to do, one at a time. The head teller did not listen to my daughters instructions to deposit 2 checks into her business account and the cash deposit for her personal account
The teller put both in the personal account and denied that my daughter asked to do them individually.
When my daughter asked to undo it.
The teller was rude and very disrepecful, and kept saying she couldn't undo it once it was done.
My daughter went to the asst manager and he took care of the teller so mistake. No apology from the teller.
She was so demeaning and disrepecful to my daughter, I wondered why she is working at a bank.
I have an account with you too and i thinking of changing banks.
I know my daughter is going too.
Too bad for SunTrust, she has a business and there is a lot of money involved.
I have been a customer of SunTrust for close to twenty years and I have never heard a teller misuse a customer like that woman treated my daughter. Is SunTrust that desperate for tellers, to hire someone so crude and obnoxious!
I think people should think twice about going to this branch of Suntrust in California, Maryland.

Quick service on the inside but very rude. ATM in the drive thru has stolen about 200$ total from me. So be cautious .
