I’ve literally never made a bad review of a place before so you know this place has terrible service. It takes a lot to make me mad but flat out lying to your members and gaslighting them does it. Myself alongside several other vehicles arrived in the drive through before close to try to make our transactions. When I arrive to the window the woman tells me their closed even though they just helped the car in front of me. I tell them I know when they close but was here before close waiting in line, she leaves for a second and then tells me that I wasn’t waiting the car before me was last car according to her camera, which isn’t true. Which is flat lie, one she repeats to the car next to me who was also there well before close. She also has a terrible attitude the whole time. Like I get it, you want to go home, but don’t just lie because you want to leave. The only reason I didn’t get to the window before close was the transactions were taking so long, there was only two cars in front of me in my lane! Then she doesn’t say anything and just leaves and doesn’t come back as we’re trying to talk to her. So I wasted time waiting in line to be treated terribly by and lied to. Do yourself a favor and bank somewhere that actually cares about the clientele. Edit to add that I’ve since found out it was the branch manager who lied.

The rates are great .....But having to deal with the staff that works there was incredibly difficult when you go and talk to a loan officers you would think that they are skilled professionals that is not the case the lady I worked with seemed like she had never done a refinance before. The whole time I am thinking is she going to mess up my loan. also I spent way to much time waiting for this lady to find answers out from her co worker which is fine but they were doing it over email so I was just waiting in limbo not sure what was happening. all and all I would try a different branch.

Keep trying to call to ask a question so I don't need to make the drive up. All they have is the ability to dial an extension and to direct you to an operator where you can only leave a message, which I have left one but no call back. If I'm calling within business hours I'd think someone should answer, right?

The manager there is horrible all she does is walk around and watch everybody else work and once it gets time to covering somebody else she calls upon somebody else that's working so they have to stop doing what they're doing because she doesn't want to do anything but walk around and she lets the lines back up instead of jumping in and helping out I bet you I won't get a response on management back from this one

I went in at the last minute today through the drive through to overdraft my account. The lady told me to come in and speak with someone of corse I just woke up out of bed and looked a mess. I accidentally took the case that holds the money so I brought it inside and also asked to speak with someone. They all were laughing and looking at me at the front. I went to sign to change the overdraft protection and the girl told me I could take cash out right away. I went to the front the lady took my id she was an African lady, I am mixed so not racist I just wish I knew her name. She went on the the back and a few minutes later came back out laughing and said you can’t over draft until tomorrow and I am very upset how the treated me. I have schizophrenia, so I have a hard time remembering things and I am very forgetful. My feelings are hurt.
I don’t find this funny at all I hope that they get in trouble, and they learn their lesson at. honestly I can’t help how I look or who I am this is sad.
