The ATM machines here SUCKS! I tried to deposit my bills and it keeps returning my money no matter how many times I TRY!!! One time, I deposited some amount and it said "could not deposit due to some errors" and didn't even returned my money but gave a receipt instead asking to collect it from the bank next day!!! The POOREST banking service I have ever seen in the ENTIRE WORLD!!

Awful, I needed a officer of the bank to write me a letter detailing my account balance and average. They told me they couldn’t do it and refused. I called customer service and they informed the branches are supposed to do this for customers. I called the Berlin branch and they refused as well. As soon as I called the Salisbury branch they told me they could do it no problem.

Voice messaging sucks. When prompted to enter acct.#, it cuts you off and cycles back to re enter your SS# last four digits. Finally got an agent, and it was faint. When I asked her if she could turn her volume up some, she said to callback, and hung up. This after a 20 minute wait to speak to them. Will NEVER use them again!

As a server in Ocean City, it is extremely frustrating getting out of work late in the evenings and trying to put my cash in an ATM machine that is always broken. The deposit section has been on and off for the past month and it is a huge inconvenience having to drive all the way to Berlin just to get my cash somewhere safe. Than half the time that one is down too. Please get a new machine thank you:)
