As someone who never leaves reviews like this I have to leave one for this sham of a car loan company. This lender is absolutely corrupt. Do not even ask for an extension. If you only need 30 days they give you 60 days even if you didn’t ask for it. Their customer service is the worst of the worst. They have no customer service skills and they tell half truths and most of the time do not know what they are talking about when you have a simple question. Thankfully I am finally rid of this loan and it will stay that way. Trust me if you have other options use them. I have tried to fight them with the Consumer Protection Bureau and the BBB and they never respond to the complaints. I have tons of emails back and forth with the agencies and the lender knows how to work the system. I know sometimes they look good on paper but look at the other reviews. Everyone can’t be just making things up. They truly are the worst lender I have ever had.

This is by far the worst company I have ever had to deal with. I requested a 10-Day to payoff my loan of 36k. and for two weeks it still hasn't been sent to me. Everytime I do get Customer Service, I get different answers as to why it wasn't sent and even it can't be sent. Nobody knows or is willing to tell the truth. All branch numbers are just recordings and when I ask to speak with a manager I'm hung up on. If you have a choice to finance with someone else, do it even with a higher rate. These people and the worst and its a shame they are even in business. I'm sure if I was late on a payment they would be calling or repossessing.

Constant calls lost me my job. Their automated systems say nothing then come up as “call failed” when they call you. The girl on the phone that just called me stated that the only remedy was “put your phone on silent”. So I need to miss every single call throughout the day because of my involvement with this company. I lost a 90k a year position because of constantly being interrupted by this company’s calling. Next step is a lawyer because harassment is easily proved here with the screen recordings I have showing they call you simply to call you with their automated service. They say nothing, just calls you then nothing when you pick up.

When choosing a car lending place, I would highly advise anything with them. During my time of using Regional Acceptance, when I was first starting to make on-time payments, no real issue because they were getting their money. Of course I wouldn't complain about that. Then I started to get behind on my payments, which I will own up as my own doing. At first they were helpful, letting me make a payment late on my account online, but then, even with being current for awhile, once I went behind again, this bull started happening. Of course they were wanting some kind of payment and I responded when I could while struggling on my own. During the month of December 2021, one of their sales reps, a Miss Danita, was handling everything. She was wanting a payment every week during the month of December. Luckily at that time my job was doing double overtime pay, but a payment each week seems kind of far. My car has been reposed, another fault on my own, but when I called to talk about the process of getting back and telling them about my own mental state, they said that you could've asked for an extension. At no point in time did Danita ever offer me an extension. It was always, we want these payments one right after another. The professionalism and customer care with them is beyond below. When I called to get my property back from the car, they were very dismissive and seemed to not care at all. The company is highly unprofessional and when it comes to going even a day or week late, they will blow your phone up by calling about five times in one day. If the dealership offers a loan from them, look someplace else

Horrible customer service! Whom ever Renee is calls me at 8:50pm laughing, I asked her how can I help her she pauses for several seconds and then proceeds to say that I need to confirm my address. I asked her why? She responds failure to answer her questions will result in her not assisting me with my account nor be helpful with anything I may need. Really lady?!? Unprofessional, crude and thoughtless. It’s disheartening that those reviews about this company employing rude and unprofessional employees is still an acceptable standard. How sad! If I could give NO stars I would.

I have been paying my car payment to this company for about 2 years now and I got no problem paying them on time but when I was dealing with circumstances and asked for extension, they approved me like right away.
