To all the other employees who've been very helpful, I apologize for this 1 Star. To those who treat every customer with an attitude , you do not belong working at a Credit Union or any job that requires customer service skills.
Today, I closed my saving acct. at the Auburn branch office. Transferred any funds I had to my other credit union, where I'm always welcomed and feel as a valuable member. I've experienced negative interactions with the same teller. This isn't my first time having an acct. with this Credit Union. Few years ago I gave them a try and another teller was just rude and just trashy customer service. It appears that the younger teller's who work there have been great. I've always felt welcome and appreciated their service. However, I'm not here to insult anyone. Just here to leave my feedback. For the woman, teller #0046, who was rude this morning, if you had bad morning, I'm truly sorry but treating your member with a attitude and unleashing your frustrations was unprofessional. Just maybe, if it was a mic issue, where you couldn't hear me very well, all you had to do was mention, "I'm sorry sir, I am having a hard time hearing you, could you speak up a little more." Just maybe things would of been different. I only came to do one small transaction, to complete a share branching.... I didn't come to cause trouble... I have no desire to make someone's morning bad. But it came to that point.. I'm tired of being treated like I'm not a valuable member and deal with rude tellers (this isn't to those who treated me fairly and with respect, I do thank you greatly). Which is why I closed my acct here at Community Credit Union in Auburn.
I'm sure this won't go anywhere but at least I've given my honest feedback for any new customer looking to join.

I have dealt with many different credit unions, and I've never had one that was so consistently helpful & friendly! I have yet to meet an employee who is anything but wonderful, and they have maintained that through a pandemic, which I find amazing. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

The drive thru takes FOREVER! Both locations Lewiston n Auburn. You wait n wait n wait! Finally it's my turn! Then she says " be right with you"! Well of course I'll wait longer, I been waiting this LONG! Then I finally give my information and then it seems like forever for them to process. There should b more than one person at the drive thru window!!!

Slowest service ever almost seems like no one is doing there job. I can't say this more don't try and get a car loan unless you want to wait a week for the vehicle.

They are amazing here and so helpful. My husband,myself and 5 children all have accounts thru them.. highly recommend! Friendly staff very helpful and kind. SO far never any issues with them EVER since 2015 when opened accounts. We moved up from Florida..the app is also pretty easy to use and new updates are coming on August 22 2023 and can't wait to see it. Thank you all at Community Credit Union.

I had to go the drive-thru to take get some cash because for whatever reason the atm was canceling my transaction.
I had an unpleasant experience with this older lady that “helped” me(The younger tellers are always super nice and friendly).
The way she looked at me, the way she talked to me made me feel super uncomfortable to say the least. She did not even greet me. I am not sure if she was mad at me because of I could have just used the atm so I wouldn’t waste her time(I tried didn’t work), or if she was just having a bad day(still not an excuse to treat people poorly). I could clearly see her complaining about me to the other teller next to her.
If you are having a bad day, clock out and go home. Don’t be passive AGGRESSIVE with the customers.
