Went through the craziness of Walmart to open an account with them for my second job, and they did not have anyone who could open up an account. Her recommendation was for me to drive to the other branch 30 minutes away.

We deposited a check through the atm and
we weren't told that even though it shows in our account that it has been deposited, that we wouldn't be able to use the money until the 21st. We have had nothing but troubles with this bank since we opened it almost 2 years ago.

Switch to them few months ago, and experience was overall the worst experience I’ve dealt with. Staff did not communicate how the service’s they offer work, was told two different stories from two different staff members. They charged me more fees in one week then the bank I had before them, charged me in three months.. Overall awful experience, and I think training on how to communicate effectively on coverages of their service, should be reviewed and revised.

Their shared branching is a joke. I made the mistake of trying to cash a money order through them and now my money (which I needed day of) is tied up for almost a week. The teller was unhelpful and impatient. Save yourself a headache and don't bother with this establishment.
