I've been with this bank for quite some years now, the last about 5 months having quite a bit of money being stacked in my account, I had some fraud issues where someone got my account information and was taking money out of my account through cashapp without my permission, I go in to close the account and open a new one, this was November, 2 days ago I go to use my card and come to find out I have no money in my account because they never closed that account, left it open, never told me this account had charges coming in on it because they told me it was closed, they took the money out of my savings to cover these charges, that's fine, I'm upset because they didn't close my account now I have to go back and check to see if anymore fraud has happened since they never closed the account and they never told me charges were coming in making this 'closed' account be in the negative, so they took every penny out of my savings without telling me any of this was going on! They just lost a long time, good customer, I am going to close all my accounts there and open with another bank! Absolutely ridiculous! Make sure, MAKE SURE if you ever close an account with these people YOU GET IN WRITING THAT THEY CLOSED THE ACCOUNT AND ANY FURTHER CHARGES COMING IN WOULD BE TRANSFERRED TO THE NEW ACCOUNT! Always save your own butt!!! These people are awful!

I find an absolutely Rubbish that you guys destroy cards if they're not Kennewick savings issued I left my card in the ATM which was a venmo card and I called and she said that my card would be destroyed that they couldn't be given back this Is an absolute rubbish protocol And you guys think you'll change that rule

Left my card in the ATM late last night and wasnt sure if someone behind me in line had gotten it or if it was sucked up by the machine so I had to cancel it. I had 1 hour today on lunch to go over there so i called first. They set me up an appt to make sure not everyone would be on lunch when I showed up and I was back to work before the hour - it was quick and professional. Thank you KSB for making my forgetfulness less painful.

My family has used Kennebec Savings for 25+ years, and we've always loved them. I do love the bank itself, and many of the staff. However, i applied for a loan with Julie at the Farmingdale branch, and it was probably the worst 5 minute discussion I've ever had. She wanted nothing to do with helping me, or guiding me like loan officers are paid to do. If you're looking for help or guidance, you won't find it from Julie. Completely unimpressed.

Very rude manager. What a disappointment.
I believe that employees, particularly managers should attempt to be kind even if they are not feeling it.
Major fail here. I recommend Camden National Bank. They have always been courteous and even friendly.

Bank is only open Monday through Friday, 8 to 5. Cannot access bank as i work during that time. My debit card only lasts about a month Before it needs to be replaced.
