One star is too generous. I've had multiple issues with this credit union in just 10 months of banking. Wrong account numbers printed on payment books, misdirected payments, and a mismanaged loan application to name a few. Very difficult to get a response from anyone online, (still no reply through their online messaging service 11 days later!) and they never apologize or take responsibility for their mistakes. Constantly breaking promises and failing to follow up as stated. After the holidays I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Why should I continue to bank local if your card printing will be broken for weeks on end. Also the great recommendation of a staff member was to drive to Grey to get a new card, last I checked I did not open an Augusta based bank account to then drive to Grey for business transaction.

Helpful, kind, and efficient! I needed assistance with the new app, which was taken care of immediately, I was also given clear instructions on how to fill out a new loan application on the app which I prefer! I was contacted day of by the lending specialist via email and had it reviewed within 24 hours. She then called me to explain next steps and the approval process! Jamiee was a pleasure to work with and so was the initial employee who helped me with the app! I've been a customer for years but have always had the best experiences! Couldn't be happier!

Easy, painful process, didn't even have to leave my house. Jamiee Theriault was prompt, fast, courteous, and answered all my questions. The whole process was less than 24 hours of applying for a loan and getting my money! She was amazing! I highly reccommend her! Thanks so much for your help Jamiee. This bank is nothing but a nightmare. Between mobile banking errors saying that I had no debit card, no savings account, and the poor customer service and solutions offered, I wouldn’t recommend this bank to my worst enemy! My card has been locked, assured it was unlocked, and then been locked for the next hour. Had to call back twice for them to fully unblock it. And if you ever need a debit card, you’re screwed! 99% of the time their debit card printer is broken. When it is broken, they will assure you that a new card will be sent. However after several weeks, when you call to check in, the machine will magically be fixed but they will be unable to print you a card due to one already having been requested. Go to CPort credit union or any other credit union over these fools.

This bank is a joke. It’s going under soon, no doubt, A nightmare to bank with and to work for. They up and fired their upper management without giving a reason. “Restructuring” they called it. The main branch lobby is cold and heartless, more like a space ship than a place you go to talk to a banker. Their app is always glitching and debit cards services wasn’t helpful when I needed to activate my card. I could go on. RUN AWAY!

Financial services were ok ,but they didn't send me my title after the loan was paid in full, and then lost it and said o well sorry for that. Glad I chose not to finance my home through them.
