The absolute worst customer service I have ever delt with ever....Do not use this company. Run as fast as you can...… All I want to do is pay my bill to get my car out of collections. They have given me such a run around and so unhelpful, and rude. I have been on hold now for 1hr. which they are probably going to refer me somewhere else for another lengthy wait, If I could them minus 1 star I would.

Atrocious and fraudulent, like others have said. Canceled my automatic payments before my final payment without permission or notice, then reported my account to the credit bureaus. I received literally NO communication from TD auto finance, not a single letter, phone call, or email until my account was "past due". I closed the account immediately but TD refuses to remove the delinquent status. Reported to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.

It's my opinion TD auto finance is a terrible company.
Their customer service training must be sub par.
I have been getting the run around and different answers between different customer service representatives over the phone. I'm waiting on my payoff refund check due to overpayment from my insurance. Speaking with their customer service reps can sometimes be extremely frustrating. It seems not all their employees receive the same information during training.
Some are very helpful and some are terrible, but as we know, everything in business starts at the top.

I have never had to deal with a more incompetent company when it came to auto financing. I paid off my loan and waited 2 weeks before I called to find out why I had not received any acknowledgment about the payoff. They then told me I would receive my title within 7 to 10 business days. Again I waited for two weeks before I called to find out why I had not received my title. I have then called everyday to get a Lien payoff letter and I paid for express delivery 3 days ago and have only received a tracking number but it has still not left there facility. I feel all I get are people telling me I have to wait until Tuesday or Thursday to get anything done. They said it would be sent out on Monday and it still has not been sent.

One star is too much. I would never do business here again. Warranty is laughable & always in their favor & l have to get the NC attorney General involved to get a refund on my policy cancellation. If any car dealer tries to sell you this policy run the other way. A+TOTAL RIPOFF!

THE WORST. I have called five? Six times? Emailed four or five times. Spent hours on end trying to get documentation to register my car in a new state. AWFUL. TERRIBLE. ZERO STARS

The worst customer support experience in my life. All of their automated systems fail. I have been trying for over 10 consecutive days to add a recurring automated payment on my note. Still have not succeeded and it has to be done via the web. A live human customer service person cannot accomplish this task. As far as I can tell it is a system designed to create late fees.

This is the worst customer service team I have ever encountered. After three calls dealing with their systems that didn't load, answering the same question over and over again, being treated rudely when I asked for a supervisor; I finally gave up. On top of that, I'd paid my loan off in full and they were still calling/emailing me that my monthly payment was overdue. Mind boggling!!
