Extremely poor customer service!!! We have a well known and very busy furniture store. Large transactions are normal for us, expected, and have been the case for years. We suddenly noticed a couple of days ago that they assigned a new merchant ID number to us. There are several deductions from our bank account now from their old system and new system, AND now their risk department is giving us a hard time because they see a "large transaction". We always have large transactions, we sell furniture. I could not get anyone on the phone, and now we're left with a huge headache. For years we paid higher fees than we should've been based on the high volume of sales that we've had. Now they've finally done enough to make us see we need to take our business elsewhere. We gave them years of our business, and they should learn how to treat their customers better.

Extremely poor service!!! Not even worth 1/2 star. My business has been without the ability to run CC payments for 1WEEK! They seem unaffected by my plight as a business owner. The lost revenue has been staggering.
Customer service does not return calls in a timely manner, especially considering the lost revenue to the business owner and the processor.
My terminal completely shut down and will not power on, NOT a single phone call returned to rectify the issue.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PROCESSOR, STAY AWAY!!!!!!

Don't use unless you like being scammed. Whoever you choose as your merchant, make sure there is ABSOLUTELY NO ASSOCIATION with Vision Payment Solutions.
