My complaint is also in regards to having branch managers or any staff return my calls. I am so happy to close my account!! Even trying to close my account is a hassle. I have been a business account member for 4 years and I have never been treated so poorly. I wanted to establish a line of credit and nobody can call me back. I requested to be called several times in June and in July, so after 2 months of nobody calling I am closing my account.

This is in regards to D'kota at Blue Ox. My account had been hacked and had to open a new one. As a result there had been all kinds of problems. D'kota solved all those problems efficiently, patience and kindness. It was a pleasure to deal with her.

I have been with BlueOx for years now. They are always friendly and helpful which I think is very important. They do have their issues but seem to be working through them. I seem to always have issues with my debit card not working whenever I get a new one, but with a trip back to the bank, they are able to reset it. Every time I’ve had purchases without my consent, they refund my money. Monica, a teller at the Battle Creek branch was very pleasant and helpful my late trip there. I’ve had accounts elsewhere and have been treated rudely, but I am always greeted with a smile at BlueOx. I highly recommend them.

I met with Drew (branch manager) for assistance with an issue that wasn't getting resolved. He reached out to the other company and got it resolved within a half hour. This was such a relief as I had been trying to get it resolved for over 3 weeks. He was very professional and helpful and didn't hesitate to do whatever was needed to get my situation taken care of.

These people are so Great Here By Giving the Disable a Great % Rates on our New SUV’s & Van’s That Are Brand New,, But GM Sold them to ,
The Byrun Mobility Co. for them to place or what’s, needs placed into them, for us to get inside, with our wheelchair’s. Also to make it easy to transfer to seats, and steer. Also for us to, work the gas and be able to Stop Good !!

Terrible customer service, they want you to make an appointment to get into the lobby but the (make an appointment) feature on the app in not functioning. They will put blocks on your debit card without giving any reason. United educational credit union was great, blue ox.. not so.

I had a particular problem with straightening out payments that were made to my credit card. Nick Adsit went out of his way to help me with this problem. It took several days and several phone calls all in response to my inquiries to solve this problem. Mr. Adsit earned 10 stars for his excellent,over the top, service. My experience was most satisfying with his excellent excellent excellent help. Kudos for Nick Adsit!

Went to branch to deposit a check that came from State Farm they tell me it wil be a five day hold ..okay.. went to deposit it online banking app to get a notification that’s it will be a ten day hold so I was trying to see why so I called the customer service number she told me that yes it won’t be released until the 10 business day which makes it past the holidays so I won’t be having a thanksgiving because of this delay does it really takes 10 days to verify a check so I will be switching banks I’m tired of all the nonsense that comes with this bank and fees they charge you for everything including to post your own money to your account early and don’t leave out when you go to they all rude and unprofessional except Ms.Jackie if it wasn’t for her I would’ve been left years ago.. so don’t waste your time or money with this bank..
