Julie Winchell was great! She explained every detail and answered all our questions so we knew we exactly what was going on with our loan. She’s very professional, friendly, courteous. I would highly recommend her to others. I feel lucky to have her handling our loan and making sure we understands everything. Knowing she’s going to be there for us is a huge comfort! With the pre-approval process, it made my auto buying process easy, as long as the participating dealership knew what to do with the approval letter. The Honor staff were very helpful, especially since I was getting a lot of confusion from the dealership. Thank you goes out to the lending team as well as with the Vicksburg local branch.

I never have a good experience with loans or even my account. Getting help from them is a head ache. Some how I've been banking with them 5 years they offered me a 9% interest rate on my car but advia who I've never been through before only offered 4%. I'm working on switching everything there so this nightmare can be over.

if they assume a charge is fraudulent and block your card, you will not have access to your account until they re-open (closed for 3 days)!!!
This is now the second time they have blocked either my primary and/or business cards over the weekend. I tried to go to the bank ATM and withdrawal funds, was unable to. Thank God I didn't end up stranded without gas or in a broken down vehicle with all my children somewhere on the road. I truly hope this never happens to someone in a dire situation. I'm having a hard time understanding how this could possibly be legal.
