Please do not use this institution. Worst bank I’ve had by far. Couldn’t get into my account online and called multiple times to just get hung up on. Went inside and the teller had no idea what to do so told me to sit and wait- 2 customers later I was still waiting so I left. The staff are definitely not professional, I felt like training them in speaking and manners- I used to train phone and speaking etiquette for years and they definitely need help in that department. Also, took 3 hours to set up my business account there and to add my wife to the account as well, they let us get all signed up just to call 2 weeks later and said they needed more information and were rude to my wife. Cannot reach out to anyone on Saturdays after they close and nobody on Sundays at all. Needless to say I have been here 3 weeks and now am going to try another institution Monday as soon as I can—————PLEASE DO NOT ISE THIS CREDIT UNION- Look at all of the reviews, it’s definitely not worth it.

This review is for laken in the loan department at the center rd location…. Where do I start!?! First off I can’t thank you enough for all the help with both my boat and new camper loans. For those that are reading this let me tell ya! On both loans months apart I was sitting in the garage on a Saturday night thinking of things I could do with the family for more memories… I jumped on the bank app applied for a loan and emailed her on a Sunday morning to let her know I had applied and want her to work with my loan. I received a email first thing 9am Monday morning both times letting me know she was going to look at my loan. I’m not rich and I don’t have the best credit but been a member for awhile, and she had me approved by 1030am! If your looking for someone that will treat you right and get the job done please call or email her. She is forsure someone that loves to help and see people enjoy the fun things in life! Once again laken thank you for everything!!! This has been one of our best summers yet because of your hard work! Keep it up ❤️

I have had the most amazing experience with Laken Morse, she is am amazing loan officer and made it very easy for me to receive my loans, I didn't even have to go into the office I was able to do everything online through email. I would highly recommend this credit union and using her as a loan officer!

I've never experienced any problems and we've been banking here since the 80's before the name change. Prefer a credit union over a bank.

I have been at this bank for 6 years never had a problem till now. Wanted to apply for a mortgage didn't get help was told to go online. Never applied for one before and got no help. Just had a white haired lady tell me I didn't sign the withdraw paper. I signed it at the window and showed her I signed it. 15 minutes with the line backed up finally got my money. Same lady has messed up on my cashier checks.

Used to be a decent place to be a member, but has recently gone down hill fast. The biggest problem they have right now is their online banking. The new system is not very user friendly and aren't many options to manage your accounts and profile. Also, if you have a credit card it's very confusing on how to pay it off with the new system. It never tells me my balance on the credit card so I never know how much I owe. The representatives that work there are very helpful in person, but the main building is closed a lot so good luck getting in front of someone. You can try to call, but it's difficult to get a hold of a representative. You'll go through the robotic menu to connect with a representative, but just end up waiting on hold for a long time before getting disconnected. I've been a member for years and haven't considered switching bank until now. I highly recommend finding somewhere else to bank with.

I have been a member for 6 years and the in town service is stellar but on line help needs help. I had a wonderful assist on line but it took twice if not three times as long to figure out the problem because I could not understand the on line caller. I had to ask to repeat many times. Some people, including me, have a very hard time understanding accents. If your on line caller can not be understood because of accent, please allow for a line where that is not an issue.

I used to love SFCU, but the new system is not customer friendly. They have moved customer service off-shore so what can be done is limited. You then have to call the local office. When you try to call local, you get disconnected after hearing multiple times how important you are to them. It's all extremely frustrating.
