I wanted to use honor bank for my business, but after 4 weeks of attempting, I have yet to receive a call back from Hillary. I have called nearly twice a week and get told “she will call you right after she is off the other line” and “she will call you first thing in the morning” When I do end up making contact (not because she returned my call, but because I got lucky to get her to answer) she says she cannot get to it yet but will get to it ASAP. And when I talked to another woman she says with an attitude “I think she has tried to call you back ma’am” okay ma’am, I have been waiting on this phone call for a month, I would know if she called. 0 voicemails left.
I understand covid is tough and staffing is short, but holy cow. Never been more frustrated in my life. You think a bank would want your business and money. I hope nobody else has this experience!

Great folks!...I've been with Honor Bank now for over 40 years and they have made great strides in contemporary online banking. The service and personal attention is top notch. The commercial side is also very good and they have been great partners with our businesses.

You're better off going somewhere else. Honor Bank has limited locations, terrible customer service, and revoke/lock debit card transactions at their own pleasure. Then torture victims by making them wait on the phone to verify their identity. Worst bank I've ever had to deal with period.
