Applied for a loan and nobody ever got back with me. The only time I ever talked to someone was if I called, had to go up there to pay on my card and stood at the front desk for 10 mins figuring it out for them to just give me another number to call with an extension. They’re still changing and updating my loan online but still have not reached out to me about it. I know things take time and respect that but when I applied for other loans at different credit unions I got a call back within a day this is about to be going on a couple weeks now.

Many bad experiences at the Center Rd branch. Problems with atm and rude tellers. Waiting in line only to get to the window and have the teller answer the phone and wait on someone else for five minutes. Today the teller at the drive through gave me more money than I filled out on the withdrawal slip. Took the time to call, was put on hold for long period of time. Couldn't get an answer in the end. Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else.

Went there today to have my wife put on the account for my truck loan. The lady was very rude rolled her eyes every time she had to punch in a key on her keyboard I simply asked her how I would pay this truck off on principal from another account and she didn't want to listen to my whole story I kept interrupting me I will not return again I will pay off this loan early so they don't get all the interest they think they should get.

I love banking with security credit union but the place on center road was a horrible experience. The people here act as my business is not important and they did t even wanna speak to me! Will not come back to this branch.

Horrible service when you have to call in. I have had to wait at MINIMUM 45 minutes each time. That is NOT good customer service. I was also charged for checks without knowing.. It was never disclosed to me when I signed up. AND I have had nothing but issues with my online account, logging in since I opened this account about a month ago. I hope this online upgrade they just did works better... Oh that's IF I can get a hold of someone to help me get logged into this new system. TERRIBLE experience so far!
