My new favorite bank... Friendliest and most helpful staff. Great coffee, complimentary sodas, and occasional produce available from the family farm (yes, this is a family owned business.) Very helpful staff, and clean and clear on what you want to know, also popcorn is an awesome perk heheh.

A bank of fees. Rude customer service. You learn their policies at a rate of 60 dollars a year. Their only solution to fix this problem, opt in or out of something that leaves you vulnerable too another fee. They sure did a beautiful remodel of their office though. Also noticed they can't keep tellers long. Customer of 6 year's. Not for long.

What a great bank! I like the extras when I come in: pop, corn, potatoes and sometimes other goodies!

Wonderful experience opening a account with the help of Greta Isaacson. Forgot to grab popcorn but enjoyed the smell of it.

I like the IncredibleBank in Calumet, MI because the people are very friendly there. The new building is lovely too. Then when you go to the drive up window they offer you something to drink. It just seems to be so pleasant inside and outside at the window.
