Awesome team! The branch manager is often sean shoveling the walks and picking up trash around the property to keep this beautiful location beautiful:-). This is one of the best Financial Plus teams and I enjoy working with them! Thanks

The best experience I’ve had with any financial institution, always willing and ready to answer questions, extremely knowledgeable and friendly! The manager is amazing, as well as the young lady that’s always at the desk! Super prompt and on top of things.

I love doing business with this branch! Always friendly and smiling faces, greeting me at the door. The manager Duane is very knowledgeable in the products they offer, and quick to assist his team. Keep up the great work, and thanks for all you do!

I have had an account with Financial plus since 2014 when I moved back from up north and they have great customer service and free checking accounts and easy loan terms and auto financing, I highly recommend them for all your banking needs,I’ve never been disappointed with them.

Financial plus “upgraded” their debit card system over the weekend. I wasn’t notified. On Monday morning I tried to buy breakfast and gas before work and my debit card was declined. Went to ATM and it stated my card was invalid. All before the credit union opened. Went to work. I called financial plus and they tell me they are having issues and unfortunately my card was affected. They tell me they are working on it and it will be fixed. I get an email from financial plus telling me my debit card is fixed. This is around 4:30 pm on Monday. I leave work after 5, go to ATM and my cards invalid again. I have been at work all day, I did not have time to go to the credit union and withdraw money during their open hours. I call again and all they can tell me is they are sorry and are hoping to have the problem fixed the following day. The man tells me to try a co op Atm and tells me to go to Dort federal. That ATM also rejects my card. This is unacceptable and all I get is “sorry there is nothing we can do right now” I have been with financial plus for well over 10 years. I will be closing my account due to this huge inconvenience. This was a poorly thought out plan and they do not care about their members. The “new” financial plus credit union isn’t a great place to keep MY money.
