Jamie Frost would not return calls and I found her to be very judgmental. I went with a different bank for a mortgage. Maybe Jamie should look at herself and see if she has any humility within herself. I was vey disappointed and started this process in June. I would of preferred to deal with a straight shooter. I would never recommend this bank and glad I learned from this experience. Ann

The staff at Baybank is helpful and friendly. Even though I only go into the branch a few times a year, they always remember me by name. Their online banking is easy to use and efficient. My husband and I were very pleased with the process of refinancing our home; the transaction was transparent and easy to understand. Thank you Baybank!

I was going to set up an account with Bay Bank, but decided to go elsewhere after my experience. Most of the tellers seemed miserable and more annoyed that they had to help me than anything. Not inviting at all. I would not recommend anyone to bank with them. Unless they like to feel really uncomfortable.

Last year these guys charged me for an account they told me would be closed. Thankful to ACTUALLY be closed with them. And thankful for the only kind woman I've ever had at Baybank, who was the one ironically closing my account for real this time. They just seem real shady for a bank, and I will never bank with them again.
