Was not greeted when I walked in, has to wait in line to find I needed to be somewhere else, treated poorly, almost felt like a criminal. Won't ever go their again. Staff were not friendly at all. Very disappointing.

Been here for years but wish the phone lines stayed open on the weekdays after 5PM. I work 2 jobs and dont usually have time to check my account balance.
Other than that, it's a great bank.

Claim and advertising that they support veterans but denied a loan twice in a year and still don’t know why I can’t get an 8k loan on a va loan house with Income of 90k+, with 40k in cash and investments. Terrible bank with no benefits. Does not communicate and gives me an attitude when I ask for a loan. I will keep to investment banks. Embers is much better if you want local.

We have been members for a couple of years. Nice people trying to serve the community. I had a really bad experience with one individual who treated me with disdain and contempt. I was having trouble with my debit card and went to the bank. The young lady who was to help me very obviously looked at me with contempt and her voice was not very helpful.

Wonderful bank, always very helpful when there's issues. My only complaint, I don't like how there's a limit on your debit card pin, and you often have to run your debit card as a credit card with no pin instead. Makes grocery shopping a little annoying, as I have well over the amount in my bank account, but since the purchase amount is say $200, it declines until I run it as a credit card. I understand fraud protection and such, but it seems kinda counter intuitive. And so embarassing when my debit card full of money declines when I just got paid just because of the auto-limit feature.
