Shaunna was the associate that helped me and she was so friendly and ver personable. I wish other stores had great workers like her she was nice and understanding and it was really busy when I was in there and she was fast and friendly will definitely be going back to see her! Chevoncy and Tristan have completely exceeded all expectations when it comes to the loaning process. Chevoncy is great at being able to explain the process and creating a sense of security when loaning. They work together as a team and it really shows. When I came here the lady was very welcoming and I never had did a check n go so I didn’t know what they required and she told me everything I needed and she was very patient with me and very much kind I will recommend this place to others I love her consumer service
