Spent a good chunk of time on my day off to go in and remove a deceased family member from the account. Signed everything....a month later they are still on the account. I've tried for over a month to get info on a direct deposit that goes into the account. I was told they'd put in a ticket, never heard back. I'm trying to sever all ties but can't without all the info to move things to a different bank. Sad when hiring an attorney crosses your mind because a financial institution is so difficult to deal with.

Came in to speak with a banker regarding some issues with my account. Banker tried directing me to the 1800 number. I had already explained to him that I would like to speak to someone and was willing to wait. I don’t want to go thru an automated system. That’s why for the first time in about 4 years I physically came into the bank. Not impressed with customer service....please listen to your customers instead of brushing them off.

I went in bank asking if I could get or buy a money bag. The tellar asked if i had a business acct. I said no. Another tellar stood there and said" the money bags aren't just for anybody! I replied Anybody, and walked out. Then I call Fifth third in Durand. Which I asked if I could get a money bag, she told me she will have it for me ,when I go there Thursday. Durand 5 star. Ty

I called and was treated poorly I'm also changing banks one bank tells me they can but when I call this bank they says they cant help because they didnt personally know me.

Banker gave me incorrect information at Flint location. Was able to clarify and resolve problem at Grand Blanc location (Thank you Grand Blanc). Will never go back to the flint location and considering closing my account for their lack of diligence / effort.
