If you include the years that Compass Credit Union used to be Rogue River Credit Union; before they bought them out, I've been a member for 30+ years. In that time I've never had a bad experience! I've never like dealing with "banks", hometown Credit Unions are the way to go!!!

Impossible to get a hold of anyone most of the time. Slowly moving my accounts elsewhere. Hope you like like listening to hold music.
Absolutely infuriating!
Update: Everyone I have talked to about this has been very helpful and friendly. This seems to be an issue with the “call center” that’s handling hold/voicemail/automated call back. Thank you Ben for being so helpful.

I'm genuinely thankful for the service I received from Compass. The branch manager made the process welcoming and very easy. I understood all the paperwork and what the steps were because Ben took the time to make sure I did. This credit union was willing to help when everyone else said no.

Been with this cu for almost 30 yrs. I miss NCSECU. Compass won't cash a check from a local business written out of a local bank without a 3-5 day hold. Huntington will honor their customer checks. What a crock.
