Lake Trust Credit Union, Hastings, MI

I have been banking with Lake Trust for 7ish years, and I have NEVER had a bad experience when I have to go into a branch! Everyone is so nice and helpful, and don't make me feel stupid when I ask a million questions. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new bank or credit union. Could not recommend them enough!

Working with the staff is a nightmare. Constantly spouting off wrong information or messing up your accounts, one day they tell you one thing and the next day it's a completely different story so good luck getting anything accomplished using this bank.
