Just became a member today and was pleased by the management of the bank and amazed how much they care about their members.

We do most of our banking here, and just love how friendly the staff is. They are so nice whenever we stop in or come through the drive-through. We would often bring our dog with us when stopping at the drive-through, and they'd always have a treat for her and a nice word, and when she passed away, they were very kind and asked after her. Just great people.

Pretty terrible customer service or internal communication. Left my card in the ATM on Friday, went through drive-thru 9am Saturday. The CSR stated no one would go to ATM until Monday and that if not their credit union the card usually gets shredded. Said that since I came through she would take name and number and they would call so I could pick up card. Called Monday, nope card was shredded.

NCACU has been my banking establishment for almost 18 years. I love the credit union and the staff but recently one of their newer employees working the drive-thru has went out of her way to be rude and unprofessional to me on multiple occasions. Her name is Victoria. She is a younger, portly woman with long dark hair. Make sure you double count your money and check your receipt as well, I’ve had two different incidents where her count was off. I can’t say if it was intentional or not but I’ve NEVER an incident in 18 years and its happened twice in one month by the same person.

My Husband Darren and l have used this Bank since around 2006 we lived and were Caretaker's at Clear Lake Ranch in Gladwin. When my Husband died April 2015 l went from one place to another for about 2 years . I roamed around visiting one relative after another from lower Michigan to Florida NCACU was with me every step of the way making sure my way was clear when my life was so torn ,keeping my account in check at all times and making sure l could get money when l needed it even getting it from affiliated Banks. I now live in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan . Why change when l have the best why bother . Thanks NCACU

Margo was extremely helpful and knowledgeable providing me with all the information I needed for a loan! She also went above and beyond sending my family baby shower gifts for our newborn twins. This isn’t your average credit Union! This Houghton lake team is on another level and very helpful. Neika was super helpful explaining some of the features in the mobile app as well and saved us money by helping us send money to another member without having to use a third party and avoiding unnecessary fees. Thank you NCACU!

Filed a dispute, form had contact info
I filled out, phone & email. Was told I would be contacted about the dispute and the debit card may be deactivated.
Never received any contact and the card was deactivated, when I called was transferred to a rep named Britanny, very rude, said I was yelling and she would hang up.
Now I have to wait 7-10 days for a new card or pay $35 for faster mail.
Pitiful service and blame other employees.
The form had me put in contact info !!!!!
