I moved to this bank after bad experiences at my other bank (constantly getting bought out by other banks, surprise change in checking acct fees cost me $50). I've been with them about a year and this is why I like them:
1. Local - When I have a question or need help I talk to someone a few miles away from me who can actually help me. No call centers or automated menus.
2. No hidden fees on my checking accts - My last bank started charging a $25/month "inactivity" fee. They notified me by mail but with all the junk I got from them it's no wonder I never saw it.
3. Good online access
4. Nonprofit accts - Needed to open one and they were good about it. No cost except checks.
One thing I don't like - they charge a $3.00 acct fee every month that they then reimburse every month. Essentially there is no fee and I wish they would quit cluttering up my statement.

Worst bank ever, spends every call to increase spending limit over 500 dollars arguing with the customer, telling them they are wrong. Most useless bank I've used in this country

Has the best all around customer service. Everyone from the CSRs, when you walk in, to any of their Lenders, everyone is willing to help you.
